Bio-Somatic Movement, Human Performance Strategist & Energy Mastery

I have lived inside the body my entire life – first as an elite performer, then as a student of healing, biomechanical science, and human resilience.

Movement entered my bones at the age of four and shaped my identity long before I had language for it. It was my world, my heartbeat, my breath, my identity – I built my life around beats, breath, body movement and energy centers.

I trained full-time at Brent Street Performing Arts under Australia’s most respected creative leaders, obtaining qualifications in Performing Arts, body conditioning and nutrition – before performing internationally on the world stage. As a professional dancer, my body was not just an expression – it was an instrument of precision, endurance, and neurological control. I learned early that performance is not aesthetic; it is systemic.

One moment defined my understanding of energy long before it became fashionable language. Standing on stage in front of more than 50,000 people, the collective energy of the crowd surged so powerfully it nearly knocked me off my feet. That was the first time I felt – not intellectually, but viscerally – that energy is real, transferable, and capable of altering the human nervous system in an instant.

Injury eventually ended my professional dance career, but it did not end my inquiry. Rebuilding my body from the inside out brought me into close collaboration with Australia’s leading biomechanical osteopaths – working within clinical systems connected to the Australian Ballet, Sydney Dance Company and Bangarra. Through this process, I was introduced to Clinical Reformer Pilates not as a trend, but as a rehabilitation tool for elite bodies under extreme demand. This experience rewired how I understood movement, injury and strength: not as fitness, but as communication between internal systems – neurological, muscular, skeletal, and energetic.

My career then took me globally, into the music industry and corporate events sector, living and working in London for nearly a decade. I worked alongside international artists and creative teams: Amy Winehouse, Silverchair, Morcheeba, and the Smashing Pumpkins before moving into large-scale corporate and community events with global organisations, including the United Nations in Australia (UNHCR). Community was never an afterthought—it was always the point.

One of the most defining projects of my life was contributing to the Guinness World Record for the World’s Highest Gig, staged on Mount Everest, Base Camp. The initiative raised funds to build an orphanage in Nepal, rescuing children who had been sold into sex trafficking. This work crystallised a truth that still guides everything I do: wellness is not individual – it is collective. Healing is not optional – it is responsibility.

Returning to Australia, I re-engaged with movement through a new lens – neurology science, longevity, and system integration. I formally retrained in Personal Training, anatomy, physiology, body conditioning, iridology, and nutrition, with a deep focus on bone density, muscle preservation, hormonal health, skin integrity, and nervous system regulation. At the same time, I trained as a Reiki Master, studying ancient Japanese non-verbal healing to understand energy mastery, breath, and the body’s innate intelligence.

Balanced Life was born from grit and intuition, at the intersection of art and science,

It is a bio-somatic and biomechanical lifestyle philosophy grounded in lived experience, neurological science, gut-brain axis education, vagus nerve regulation, musculoskeletal integrity, and energy alignment. I do not teach classes—I teach systems. I do not sell workouts—I facilitate recalibration between the body’s operating systems so people can reclaim strength, clarity, and longevity.

I stand at the forefront of the current wellness wave not because I follow trends, but because I lived this work long before it had a name. My authority comes not from aesthetics, but from evidence – professional, personal, and embodied.

Balanced Life exists to return people to themselves.
Strong bodies. Regulated nervous systems. Clear, calm minds. Resilient lives.

We are connected – to something bigger than just ourselves. My purpose is to open this with you. One beat, One breath. One body at a time.
