What Happens on the Night

6:00pm — Arrival Socials
Arrive, settle in and meet the community.
Music playing.
Lights low.
Energy building.
Mocktails or cocktails optional. Depending on the week.

6:30-7:30pm — Movement Experience
The class begins with a theme based movement warm up before moving into an easy-to-follow dance routine designed to make you feel confident in your body.
