A dynamic class combining the principals of Pilates with the movement of dance. This class is a full body workout that supersets core muscle groups within the glutes, core, arms and legs. Using light weights and Pilates props and cardio bursts to get your heart rate up. Set to great music mixes you will feel the burn and want to dance. Leave feeling strong and sweaty.

Take the pace down a notch, this class combines the deep muscle burn of Power Barre to a slower beat and Mat Pilates. This class is a full body workout that strengthens the core, works on balance, technique and improves flexibility. Leave feeling standing taller and balanced.

Strength & Sculpt class combines Pilates and Barre with strength training. Designed for building muscle growth, strength & conditioning. Using heavier weights and body weight movements to build and maintain muscle and strengthen bones. With breaks between exercises. This class is a full body workout that will get you sweating, feel the burn, build muscle strength and finishes with a stretch .
*Open-level class aimed to push advanced clients. Modifications available for beginners. Targeting glutes, core, arms and legs
